GeoDomeX is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT) are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GMT) are processed on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times are calculated automatically based on the time and day your order is placed.
- Orders placed before the daily cut-off are typically dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off are dispatched the next business day.
- Weekend orders are processed starting Monday.
Estimated delivery dates shown on the website are estimates, not guarantees.
Please do not arrange any assitance or services in relation to the dome, until you have received the products and inspected all components, as GeoDomeX will not be responsible for any costs incurred as a result of delays or not checking if the product arrived in good condition.
Delivery Days
Deliveries are made on Monday to Saturday.
We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
If an estimated delivery date falls on a non-delivery day, delivery will be moved to the next available business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with shipment details (if applicable).
Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

We are not responsible for delays caused by external shipping partners once the order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING COSTS
GeoDomeX offers free shipping on all orders. Please note replacement parts not covered under warranty will incur additional shipping costs. These will be calculated for you at checkout.
SHIPPING TIMES
We offer swift shipping for all orders. For UK and USA orders, expect delivery within 1-3 days, while ROI, EU, and Canada orders typically arrive within 2-5 days. However, it's worth noting that we often surpass these estimated times, as we prioritise speedy delivery.
To keep you in the loop, we provide regular updates on your order's status. Once your product is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number, allowing you to stay informed throughout the journey.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
You will receive an email when your order has been processed, this will include the tracking details of your order. Please make sure to track your item using the tracking number we provide to you. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the appropriate shipping company according to the tracking number, for further assistance and information.
DELAYS
GeoDomeX is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, GeoDomeX is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.
WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
GeoDomeX will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.
SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
GeoDomeX recommends that buyers provide a secure delivery address, such as your home or workplace. GeoDomeX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to insecure delivery addresses. Please note that all deliveries must be signed for, therefore it is important to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery.
CUSTOMS TAX
For international deliveries, we typically cover standard import duties and charges however please note that customs in some countries may charge additional duties or taxes. Any additional costs related to import/customs duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to check their country's duties, tariffs or taxes on importing goods before placing an order..
SHIPPING COMPLETED
Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment GeoDomeX makes the product available to the buyer, which is made possible by the control system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to “completed” or “delivered".
