We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Only refunds are made, once the product has reached its destination and has been received by the buyer, no refunds are made for products that are in transit to be delivered or have not yet been delivered.
By making a purchase through the website you declare and agree to be bound by the conditions described below. Our Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, so we do make returns and refunds, if at the time of receiving the order, the product has any manufacturing defect or damage.
It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the product upon receipt of the order and ensure that the product has arrived in good condition before attempting any installation and assembly of the product and to properly follow the instructions included in the assembly manual. We do not issue refunds or returns if damage occurs during installation and assembly of the product due to failure to properly follow the installation instructions included in the assembly manual. Requests for refunds for damage incurred during installation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will be resolved at the discretion of GeoDomeX.
If you wish to cancel your order before your order has been dispatched please get in touch with us at support@geodomex.co.uk where will be able to cancel your order and arrange your refund. Once your cancellation has been received and accepted, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your return to be processed to your original payment method. Please note all cancellations are subject to a 3.5% deduction to cover costs incurred to GeoDomeX, including payment proccessing fees, that are a direct result of your purchase.
Once your order has been dispatched and picked up by our delivery partner it is no longer possible to cancel your order and you will need to follow the returns process outlined below.
We do our best to avoid any error, damage or defect in our products, however, if you receive a wrong, defective or damaged product and need to exchange the product for the same or need a refund, please contact us via our contact information. We will assume the value of the shipping. In the event that you request a return, we will also refund the shipping value.
Purchases made on our website can be returned for refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since delivery of the product, we are unable to offer a refund.
2. CONDITIONS OF RETURN
- Full name of the person who placed the order.
- Order number.
- Proof of damage or defect of the product (photo or video).
- Items must be in its original condition (unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged).
- Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please therefore ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products. Please package the product securely.
- GeoDomeX reserves the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our Refund Policy. Returns that do not fulfil our return policy may be shipped back to the client at their own cost.
To request a return please send us your request through our contact information and you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
3. PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your expense. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a return confirmation email. Your refund will be completed via the original payment method, with the cost of original shipping deducted from your refund.
4. WARRANTY
GeoDomeX offers a 5-year warranty period on all products.
Please note that the warranty only covers defects and damage to the product and damages caused due to the quality of material and workmanship.
The warranty does not cover misuse or improper use of the product by the purchaser or any third party, improper installation of the product without following the instructions included in the assembly manual, negligence of the purchaser or any third party during installation or use of the product and any other incident or occurrence attributable to the purchaser or third party. Commercial use is not covered by the warranty.
At GeoDomeX, we are proud of the quality and durability of our products, which is why we offer a 5 year replacement part warranty. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, knowing that if any part of your GeoDomeX kit becomes damaged or faulty due to a manufacturing defect within 5 year of your purchase date, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects in parts and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the purchase date. We thoroughly test our products to ensure quality, but if a defect occurs, we’ll make it right. The warranty also includes any damage caused during shipping to you.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
While our GeoDomeX products are built to last, there are some situations where our warranty does not apply. Here’s what isn’t covered:
Our panels are designed to withstand the elements and include a UV protective coating to minimise yellowing over time. While we’ve done everything possible to reduce this effect, some natural yellowing may still occur as the product ages. This is completely normal and does not impact performance. Regular cleaning and maintenance can help preserve the appearance and keep your GeoDomeX looking its best.
Weather-Related Damage: GeoDomeX products are built to withstand everyday outdoor conditions, but any damage caused by weather is not covered under the warranty. To help prolong the life of your GeoDomeX, we recommend taking precautions during adverse weather.
Assembly or Installation Issues: Damage caused during assembly or as a result of incorrect installation or improper anchoring is not covered under this warranty.
Everyday Use and Accidents: General wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage from commercial use is not covered.
Unintended Use or Alterations: Modifying or customising your GeoDomeX product beyond its original specifications may void the warranty.
Misuse or Negligence: Using the product outside of the intended purpose or not following care instructions may result in damage that the warranty doesn’t cover.
Commercial Use: While GeoDomeX is perfect for personal and recreational use, any damage or loss resulting from commercial use (like rentals or hospitality settings) is not covered.
We recommend following our care and maintenance guidelines to keep your GeoDomeX looking great and performing well for years to come.
Making a Warranty Claim
If you do experience an issue, we’re here to help. Please contact our customer support or fill out a warranty request form. You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (like your order number) and, in some cases, photos to help us understand the issue.
Notification of Defect
To ensure a smooth process, please report any defects within thirty (30) days of discovering the issue. Claims made outside of this period will be subject to GeoDomeX’s discretion. You should check all parts for damage before submitting your part request, as any additional parts you request within 30 days of submission may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges at the discretion of GeoDomeX.
Replacement Parts and Costs
If your part issue is covered under the warranty, the replacement is completely free. For issues not covered, you can still purchase replacement parts. Costs may vary, so please visit our Part Replacement Page for the most up-to-date pricing, or contact our customer support team for more information.
Ensuring Fair Use of the Warranty
We take pride in supporting our customers, but we also want to protect the fairness of our warranty program. In rare cases, if a claim appears to be made in bad faith or outside the intended scope of the warranty, we reserve the right to decline the claim or limit future warranty support.
Severability
If any part of this warranty is deemed unenforceable, the rest remains valid.
Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Entire Agreement
This warranty represents the full agreement between you and GeoDomeX regarding product coverage, replacing any previous agreements or discussions.

No liability is accepted for delays or non-performance of the products due to force majeure, act of God, the requirement of any statutory authority, fire, accident, industrial dispute, your failure to obtain any necessary permissions or licences or anything deemed to be beyond our reasonable control.
GeoDomeX are not responsible for any damage to the site on which the products are installed and this shall be solely customer responsibility.
The customer will be fully responsible for any loss of or damage caused to the products, which includes installation and setup. The customer is advised to insure the products.
GeoDomeX shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising out of the use of or failure of the equipment or any defect in them save for the liability in respect of death or personal injury, which arises from our direct negligence.
FORCE MAJEURE While every effort will be made by the GeoDomeX to carry out any order accepted the full the performance of it is subject to variation or cancellation by the GeoDomeX consequent upon Act of God, War, Strikes, Riots or Lockouts or any other disturbances. Fire, Flood, Storm, Gale or Tempest restrictions on the use of Transport, Fuel or Power. Requisitioning Storage of material or transport or labour or any other cause beyond the control of the GeoDomeX.
GeoDomeX shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising out of the use of or failure of the equipment or any defect in them save for the liability in respect of death or personal injury, which arises from our direct negligence.
GeoDomeX accept no liability or responsibility for any indirect or consequential loss or damage or cost due to breakdown, damage or interference of the products.
Save as provided in these conditions and to the extent that the exclusion or restriction of liability may be prohibited by statute, GeoDomeX will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused, directly or indirectly by the products or their use. Your statutory rights are not affected.
